Privacy policy

Levra Labs (“Levra,” “we,” “us”) is a technology consultancy based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through levralabs.com (the “site”).

It does not cover data we process for clients during a project. That data is governed by our agreement with each client, such as a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), FERPA data agreement, or NDA.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, organization, the service you’re interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

Please don’t send patient, student, or client records through the contact form or by email before we have an agreement in place.

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
• Discuss and provide our services
• Keep the site secure and working
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under terms that require them to protect it:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this site
• Formspree, which processes contact form submissions
• Google Workspace, our email provider, for messages you send us

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

We keep inquiry information and related emails as part of our business records, for as long as they’re useful for responding to you, managing our relationship, and meeting legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we’re required to keep it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and the least-access practices described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

To make a request, email privacy@levralabs.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

This site is intended for organizations and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
